Q. How MyCamila.com begin?
A. It started out as a part time venture in 2001 by hosting
Lingerie parties. One day a customer asked me if I had a website so
she could show her sister in California a sexy pajama set. That
question got me thinking about creating my own lingerie website.
With my husbands help, we created MyCamila.com into what you see

A. Your complete satisfaction is our primary concern. If

your shipping rates?
A. Our shipping rates do change as carriers increase their
rates. We do our best to keep shipping costs low. In fact, we
have maintained Free Ground shipping charges on orders over $75.00

shipping discreet?
A. MyCamila.com will ship your order in a standard brown shipping
box or brown envelope with no indication of its contents.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Below are estimated shipping times for orders placed before
1:00PM EST on
MyCamila.com. Once your purchase clears credit card authorization, the following estimated shipping times apply:

Q. How do I track my order?
A. When your order ships, you will receive a shipment
confirmation via email stating that your order has shipped. If the
order has shipped by UPS or Federal Express, you will receive a link
for tracking your package. You can also check your order status by
clicking on the link in your order confirmation email.
Q. Can I ship my order to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses?
A. Please contact us if you need to ship your order to a Post Office Box or APO/FPO military addresses. In most cases we can arrange for this but it will delay your order and incur additional shipping charges.
Q. Do you ship to international addresses?
A. MyCamila.com accepts orders to the United States and
Canada. We have made special exceptions in the past for Europe and
Australia so please contact
us with your specific request.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. Your complete and perfect satisfaction is our highest
priority. However, we DO NOT accept returns on certain items.

before you place an order for more details. If your item
qualifies for a return, we will exchange the item or give you credit or refund for the purchase price of the item by original method of payment.
Q. When will my credit card be billed?
A. Your credit card will be billed when your order is shipped,
not before. In the event that some of the items you order are not
available, the order will ship incomplete and your credit card will
only be charged for the shipped items. We will notify you of any back ordered
items in advance to discuss the expected ship dates and make alternative
suggestions.

A. Yes it is, in fact, studies have shown it is also
